It's Balloon Headed Boy's Birthday, and the King of the Balloons has arranged a huge party for him at Balloon Castle. All of the balloons in Balloon Town have been invited and everyone is very excited for the big party tonight! But what is this? Rain in the summer? A huge and sinister storm strikes and all the balloons are blown away. And even worse, giant frogs rain down from the sky! Whats going on? The wordt birthday ever! Can you save the town?

Help Balloon Headed Boy race through 35 levels of rubberised madness - collect farty flowers to inflate his head and soar between the platforms, thwop those frogs, keep your head above the rising waters, and rescue the balloons so the birthday party can go ahead as intended!
