Any number of dosas can be prepared and kept on the plate and served as and when the customers come.The dhaba will remain open from 9 PM to midnight. lf you manage to keep the Dhaba going till the end of the day without losing 5 customers then you can open the Dhaba next day too. With each day you make good business, the dhaba gets popular and rush of customers to dhaba increases Keep track of each customers patience meter to keep the game going!
