Street Fighter - Downing - The New Leader Game Description

Go through the chain of politics and gain power by defeating politicians in street brawls. Entering an established national tournament, known as "The General Election", you must compete to defeat 8 other contenders and earn the title of "Prime Minister," a title currently being held by the undefeated kickboxer Tony 'Ryu' Blair of Sedgefield. You can choose to be Blair, defending your title, or choose to be a rival and attempt to steal the title. In order to beat your opponents you have to be quick on your feet, mastering flying kicks and gravity-defying punches.

Use arrow keys to move and press Z and X to kick and punch.
Press X to start game.

1: Pick a fighter and fight against 8 opponents in the best of three fights.
2: In order to win you must hit your opponent until their energy bar is razed to nothing.
3: Pass through all 7 levels successfully to take the title of "Prime Minister".
