INGREDIENTS
1 (2 to 3 pound) stewing chicken
2 1/2 quarts water
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups uncooked fine noodles

In a large soup kettle, place chicken and all ingredients except noodles.
Cover and bring to a boil; skim broth.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from broth; allow to cool.
Debone chicken and cut into chunks.
Skim fat from broth; bring to a boil.
Add noodles; cook until noodles are done.
Return chicken to kettle; adjust seasonings to taste.


Method:
Chicken noodles
1) Take the lid off the soup kettle.
2) Place it on top of the shelf.
3) Pour some water into the kettle.
4) Add chopped carrots into the kettle.
5) Add celery.
6) Add chopped onions to this.
7) Add half a spoon of dried thyme.
8) Add chicken pieces.
9) Add bay leaves to this.
10) 0pen lid of chicken bouillon granules.
11) Take a spoon from the rack.
12) Add a spoon of this to the kettle.
13) Close the lid of the bottle.
14) Remove lid of dried marjoram.
15) Add a spoon of this to the kettle.
16) Close the lid.
17) Add salt.
18) Add pepper.
19) Close the lid of the kettle.
20) Press the button at the base of the kettle to heat it.
21) Remove lid after heating.
22) Place it on shelf.
23) Remove chicken from kettle.
24) Place chicken in bowl.
25) Take forceps from beside the kettle.
26) Use forceps to remove bones from chicken.
27) Add the chicken to the kettle.
28) Add noodles to it.
