Ingredients:
1.500 gms minced chicken.
2. Black pepper.
3. Egg.
4.1 bowl bread crumbs.
5. Lettuce leaves
6. Mayonnaise.
7.1 tbsp mustard sauce.
8.1-2 tbsp tomato ketchup .
9.1 -2 rings sliced onions .
10.Big size burger buns.
11. Salt.

Method
For Chicken Patty:
1. Mix together minced chicken, salt, black pepper, egg. Make flat shape patties.
2. Dip it in a bowl of bread crumbs for crispy taste.
3. Shallow fry till it becomes nice golden brown.

For Burger:
1. Cut the bun into half.
2. Heat for a while.Spread mayonnaise on both the inner side of buns.
3. Now in the lower part of bun add lettuce leaf, chicken patty, onion rings.
4. Spread mustard sauce and ketchup.
5. Cover it with the other bun on the top. Serve with wafers.
