Method

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.

In a large bowl,beat the cream butter, sugar, egg, grated lemon peel, blue berries, yogurt.

Spray olive oil over iot and bake until the muffin turns golden brown.
