2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 2/3 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Methods:
In large bowl, stir together sugar and cocoa.
Add egg yolks and blend with electric mixer.
Add cream a little at a time, beating well after each addition.
Chill mixture in refrigerator.
While cream mixture is chilling, grate chocolate chips in blender or food processor,
or using a rotary grater, until fine.
Stir into cream mixture.
Freeze in canister of ice cream maker .

3. Use hand mixer to beat the eggs.
4. Add beaten eggs to the bowl.
5. Use hand mixer to blend the content.
6. Add cream to the bowl.
7. Use hand mixer to blend the content.
8. Add cream to the bowl.
9. Use hand mixer to blend the content.
10. Place the bowl into the fridge.
11. Take the bowl from fridge.
12. Use hand mixer to stir the chocolate chips.
13. Add mixed chocolate powder to the bowl.
14. Use hand mixer to blend the content.
15. Pour the mixed content into the ice cream cup.
16. Place the ice cream cup into the fridge.
17. Open the door.
18. Take the ice cream cup .
19. Chocolate velvet ice cream is ready to eat.
