mixed green sala
chopped broccoli
1/2 carrot shredded
canned or home cooked chickpeas
your favorite salad dressing

Method
Using a tall container, like a 2 cup
storage container with a screwtop lid.
Fill the container in this order:
1. salad dressing
2. Fish peice
3. shredded vegetables
4. chopped vegetables
5. lettuce/mixed greens

Keeping the dressing on bottom and away from the fresh greens helps prevent wilting.
