Ingredients

1 Carrot diced finely
1 leek, Sliced finely
400 g 1/4 oZ canned chopped tomatoes
600ml/14 pint vegetable stock
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of dried mixed herbs
400g/14 oz canned red kindey beans drained
400g/14 oz black eyed beans drained warm crusty bread to serve

Method
1.Switch on the stove.
2. Place the saucepan on the stove.
3. Pour water into the saucepan.
4. Add vegetable stock to the saucepan.
5. Add finely sliced celery to the saucepan.
6. Add finely sliced leek to the saucepan.
7. Add finely chopped onion to the saucepan.
8. Add finely diced carrot to the saucepan.
9. Add chopped tomatoes to the saucepan.
10. Place the dried mixed herbs and the crushed garlic clove above the saucepan.
11. Use the spoon to add crushed garlic clove and dried mixed herbs to the saucepan.
12. Add salt to the saucepan.
13. Add pepper to the saucepan.
14. Use spoon to blend the saucepan content.
15. Add black-eyed beans to the saucepan.
16. Add red kidney beans to the saucepan.
17. Place the saucepan down.
18. Turn off the stove.
19. Use spoon for crushing the bread into pieces.
20. Add crusty bread to the saucepan.
