The Recipe:

Ingredients
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 can (234 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple
Tidbits, drained
1/4 cup toasted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped

Method
1. PREHEAT oven at 325?F. Grease bottom and sides of a 9?x5?x3? loaf pan.
2. BEAT cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. GRADUALLY add combined flour and baking powder. Fold in DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Pineapple Tidbits and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan for 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
