Ingredients
8 Slices white or brown bread.
1 tablespoon strawberry or raspberry jam.
1 tablespoon apricot jam.
75 g (3 oz) cream cheese.
1 tablespoon greengage jam.

Preparation time : 10 minutes.

Instructions:

1. Cut each slice of bread into a rectangle about 10 X 6.5 cm (4 X 2.5 inches)

2. Toast half the bread slices on 1 side only. The spread the untoasted sides with cream cheese.

3. Using a 2.5 cm (1 inch) round cutter, stamp out 3 rounds from the remaining slices, then place on the top of the cream cheese.

4. Spoon the strawberry, apricot and greengage jams into the holes, to resemble traffic lights. Toast quickly until lightly browned. Cool slightly before serving.

4. Toast the bread by using pan.
5. Place the toasted bread in bowl.
6.Open the cream cheese bottle.
7. Use knife to take cream cheese.
8. Apply the cream cheese on toasted bread.
9. Close the bottle.
10. Turn the toasted bread.
11. Use round cutter to stamp out rounds in bread.
12.Open the greengage jam bottle.
13. Use spoon to take greengage jam.
14. Fill the round with jam.
15. Close the bottle.
16.Open the apricot jam bottle.
17. Use spoon to take apricot jam.
18. Fill the round with jam.
19.Open the strawberry jam bottle.
20. Use spoon to take strawberry jam.
21. Fill the round with jam.
22. Toasted traffic light is ready to eat.
