As dawn breaks over Little Chef, we find our intrepid sausage jockeys filling up on a tasty breakfast. They need their energy, as very soon they will be risking life ana limb in one of the most hair-raising races in the world. You ride a sausage link and race around a breakfast table.

Become a Champion Sausage Jockey in 4 Easy Steps
Step 1. Choose your rider and sausage
Step 2. Choose your opponent (if you ha vent been challenged already)
Step 3. Race your opponent around the race course.
Step 4. The first to cross the finish line is the winner!!!

Its that simple!! Use the left and right arrow keys to steer, and the space bar to accelerate. To reverse, take your finger off the gas, and use the down arrow key with the left and right ones... Good Luck, and May the Pork be with You!
