Yet another variation on the tower defense games.This game has all the ingredients to make you sit down and don't stop playing. Various enemies with multiple speeds, well thought out upgrade paths for all of the respective towers and an excellent difficulty curve. Don't let the random objects get past you. Build towers and turrets to defend in this tower defense game. Another fun defense game. What are you defending? Who knows...

Kill the creeps, earn money to build more structures or spend it on upgrades.

Fear not - the time of being plagued by random items coming at you is drawing to a close. Now you have the technology required to smite them verily back to the dark ages, and you're not afraid to use it!

If you've never played a Tower Defence game, I'll give you a quick rundown...

The object of the game is to stop the evil "creeps" (in this case, random objects) from getting to their destination. In order to do this, you've been equipped with weapons of such devistating effect that the creeps should simply give up now.

You are, however limited by how much cash you have to spend. Each creep you kill will give you more money. Saving up for bigger towers and upgrades will allow you to pack a heavier punch, but watch out - save for too long without getting new weaponary and you'll end up letting the creeps through.

At the end of each level, interest is added to your cash reserves, so timing when to put a new tower down can make a lot of difference!



Towers
Small Gun Tower
Simple, quick and effective. The least powerful, but one of the most acurate.

Big Gun Tower
For that extra juicy hit of accuracy. Upgrades to a formidable weapon!

Gun Research
Adds extra upgrades the two types of Gun Tower. Each upgrade to the Gun Research Centre will increase the effectiveness of all your Gun Towers.

Grenade Tower
Little men sit inside this tower hurling grenades through the hole. Lovely! Not particularly accurate though.

Missile Tower
Where would we be without heat seeking missiles?

Explosives Research Centre
Adds extra upgrades the two types of Explosives Tower. Each upgrade to the Explosives Research Centre will increase the effectiveness of all your Explosives Towers.


Slow Tower
If those nasty Randoms are getting past your weaponry too quick there's only one thing to do... slowdown by electricution!

Shock Tower
Puts out some serious doomy goodness. This baby hits anything in its range at the same time!

Electrics Research Centre
Adds extra upgrades the two types of Electronics Tower. Each upgrade to the Electronics Research Centre will increase the effectiveness of all your Electronics Towers.

Mine
Lay these little lovelies in the path as a last resort. Cheap for such a big bang - one use only though!

Mine Factory
Required to make mines. Upgrade your mine factory to enable extra upgrades to mines.

Finance Centre
At the end of every level, interest is added to your cash. Upgrade to the Finance Centre increase the interest rate.


Random Defence Tips

1 Correct placement of towers is essential - somewhere to maximize range and ability. Between 2 paths is often a clear advantage, as you can get them coming and going!
2 Grenade Towers are more accurate at close range. The fuses on the grenades are set to blow quicker than long range.
3 Upgrading a tower is normally better than building second one. The exception to the rule is the Slow Tower. Multiple slow towers are often more effective than one upgraded tower.
4 The Shock Tower is best placed closer to the start point and somewhere it can get at the most creeps at the same time.
5 Building a finance tower as soon as you can is often advisable. Interest is calculated at the beginning of each new level. Initially, the interest rate is set to 3%. A finance tower will add a further 3% and an extra 3% every level it is upgraded.
6 Upgrade and build timing is important. Wait until the beginning of a new level before making major purchases.
